Missoni fall 2017 campaign with Gigi Hadid seen in fur, colorful gloves, and cat eye sunglasses, is shot by photographer Harley Weir, under the direction of Angela Missoni and is styled by Venessa Reid. Harrods and Gucci have entered into a collaboration,for the month of August, Gucci will bring its botanical bounty to Harrods, taking over windows, display areas and making the famous late-Victorian emporium resonate with vibrant colours and patterns.

The brand partnership will be evident through the sixteen windows facing the Brompton Road, as well asinterior installations, will bring two exclusive Gucci stories to life – the launch of the first fragrance, Gucci Bloom, and the arrival of the innovative House DIY programme. Visually, the window displays will be connected through the memorable motifs associated with the Gucci Garden.

The collaboration also extends to an elegant, limited-edition Gucci ready-to-wear collection designed for Harrods. A variety of accessories have also been exclusively created for the store, including a version of the Lilith handbag, with patches, and mini Dionysus and Sylvie bags in a multitude of colours. There are also striking floral-print kimono tops and trousers, Ace sneakers for men and women with specially-designed patches, women’s jewellery pieces, and childrenswear dresses for girls.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) announces the date and honorees of its 2017 Art+Film Gala. On Saturday, November 4, notables from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries will gather at LACMA to honor artist Mark Bradford and filmmaker George Lucas.

Now in its seventh year, the 2017 Art+Film Gala will be co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who continue to champion the museum’s film initiatives.

Proceeds from the annual Art+Film Gala go toward underwriting LACMA’s initiative to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming, while also funding LACMA’s broader mission. This includes exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programming, in addition to screenings that explore the intersection of art and film.

The collection will meld traditional embroidery techniques and motifs with the label’s signature glamour to create festive ensembles with a global appeal, yet distinctly Indian in their form.

The collection further goes on to marry fashion with technology. In a first, the collection has entirely been devised and designed using the recently launched Apple iPad Pro. In keeping with Manish’s fascination and use of technology towards presenting his collections, the new design-process has given Manish the chance to immediately translate inspirations collected across his travels into his new collection.

The FENDI essence, which perfectly combines luxury and daring creativity with playfulness and irony, is reinterpreted with multicolour pompons, inspired by the famous FENDI pompon fur charms created in extremely soft-at-touch mink to add a furry and fun twist in the FENDI way.

A selection of total-black FENDI products, from bags to shoes, including also Strap You and textiles, are peppered all-over with the Multicolour Fur Pompons. Injecting humor and fun, the Multicolour Fur Pompons products add a touch of colour and happiness to every occasion!

With their quirky and colourful attitude, the Multicolour Fur Pompons vibrate into a large and versatile range of shoe styles too, to feel special and unique in every moment, yet always with a cool flair. From flat to high heel, open and closed shapes, the line includes leather ankle booties, boots but also ballerinas, casual flat sandals and flatform mules up to sensual evening sandals in suede yet with an ironic feeling.

To all the creative minds who believe in the concept of doing good for the society, IKEA Foundation is excited to announce a unique design competition that aims to help families cope with the effects of climate change. The competition supported by IKEA Foundation and Autodesk Foundation is run by What Design Can Do (WDCD).

The contest invites the designers and creative entrepreneurs to submit innovative solutions to combat the impact of climate change. The winners will share an award package of €900,000. Interested candidates will be able to submit their entries by 24th September 2017.
