British designer J.W. Anderson has launched new stunning fall ad campaign 2015 for his upcoming fall/winter collection.

Shot in Estonia, the campaign is made up of distinct imagesby photographer Jamie Hawkesworth. Styled by Benjamin Bruno, the women’s ad campaign features models standing in a circle in a field, some holding hands, glancing into Hawkesworth’s lens while raising their hands to wave. The men’s campaign shows a male model with his face covered by frizzy locks and dressed in a boxy coat.

Givenchy launched their resort 2016 collection which revisited and renewed the signatures that Riccardo Tisci has been developing over the last decade.

Givenchy retains it femininity and focus on form, with cinched jackets and dresses with touches of looser bomber styles, but all were punctuated with large disc buttons. The palette consisted of soft olivey pistachio green, pink and beige with moments of crisp white. Engineer stripes and a leopard print inspired by a Robert Mapplethorpe photo went throughout the collection.

There new lineup showcased python-print blazer, sequined skirt with thigh-baring slashes above its fluted hem and high-slit tie-front dress. Other looks from the collection were corseted camisoles worn with boyish trousers and a long-sleeved straight gown that looked like a mesh of sequined stars.

1an exhibition celebrating Nino Cerruti, his wardrobe and his inimitable style.

Fondazione Pitti Discovery presents Il Signor Nino, the first-ever exhibition dedicated to Nino Cerruti: his products, ideas and style. Mr. Cerruti has been one of the leading figures on the Italian men’s fashion scene for nearly fifty years.

The exhibition curated by Mr. Cerruti himself and Angelo Flaccavento, will be told in the present tense because Cerruti’s fashions – conceived, designed, used and taught – are an outstanding example of contemporary elegance.

1Well known clothing company, Gap recently announced that they are going to close quarter of its stores, a part of their plan to bring the company back on the track of growth.

The company will close 175 stores across North America, not including outlets or factory stores, based on store performance. There will be additional store closures at European locations. About 140 stores will close this year. Gap will continue to operate about 500 Gap stores, plus 300 outlet stores.  The company will also eliminate 250 jobs at its corporate headquarters in San Francisco.

The company has been struggling to attract customers among competition from fast fashion brands. Same-store sales fell 10% in the first quarter, compared with a 5% drop in the year-ago quarter. The store closures are also a part of a larger trend by mall-based brands to reduce store locations.
