This designer duo believes in pattern exploration, youthful colour combinations along with an intact comfort factor. Of the two, Anshu graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi. Thereafter, in 2006, ‘A Small Shop’ took birth, a collaborative effort between Anshu and Jason.

A women’s wear, kidswear, accessories and home linen label, ‘A small shop’ is the fashion hub of casual and playful ensembles, which moves beyond pret and simplicity. The garments here go through a series of processes, with the use of most natural fabrics, which gives them the artistic and soft touch.

Speaking of the designers’ early years in the fashion arena, in 2011, they got into collaboration with Deepti Sudhindra for a Jewellery Project. Having created some exquisite pieces of ethnic jewellery with here, they showcased the collection at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week the same year. Besides, Jason and Anshu held numerous exhibitions in major fashion pivots of the country, in an attempt to promote their collection in the mainstream fashion world.

Meanwhile, among their earlier achievements, Anshu and Jason got their collection featured in highly acclaimed fashion magazines like Elle and Vogue.
