The young innovative designer duo of Pankaj & Nidhi who recently stunned all and sundry with their visually delectable finale show at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2012 presented their designs at Ogaan in New Delhi, over champagne and quiches, of late.

The duo presented their timeless collector’s pieces from their previously unavailable Wills and Lakme collections in a first of its kind as seen on the ramp series of exhibition. The pieces exuded their much hailed fresh sensibility with a beautiful blend of Indian and Western aesthetics. 
 
The evening was graced by the glam brigade of the city including Aashti Bhartia, Radhika Dhoot, Anu Gupta and Adyasha Satpathy amongst others. 
The different flavours of fashion – chic, vintage, classic, bohemian and retro come alive in the new couture line titled, ‘Upper Deck’ by the Spanish clothing brand Vinegar.

High on glamour, bling and drama the couture line boats of myriad of designs tailor-made for modern fashionistas. The new collection is comprised of cocktail dresses, evening gowns, sheath dresses, bodice dresses, jumpsuits or above-the-knee simple dresses with bold color-blocking.

The ‘Rock Star Romance’ partywear range boasts of metal embellished waistcoats with decorative colorful gems, shiny sequins and studs teamed with suede skirts and dresses – all housed in the elegant interiors with white walls and décor of Vinegar.

Few wounds never heal. Hatred requites hate. All we need is peace. And the Peace Walk held recently in Mumbai professed love.

Organized on the anniversary of Mumbai’s 26/11 attacks by American national Kia Scherr, who lost her daughter and husband during the attacks, the Peace Walk came wrapped in glitter of fashion.
A fashion show had a parade of gilt-edged celebrities walking the ramp donning the scintillating outfits by costume designer Neeta Lulla who designed the cloth line for the peace event.

On the ramp wearing her clothes were Kia Scherr, Sania Mirza, Krishika Lulla, Manjari Fadnis, Shazahn Padamsee, Ragini Khanna, Sana Saeed, Raageshwari Loomba and Amrita Raichand amongst others.
