Spring is in the air…and it’s time to raise a toast to the changing season and celebrate the spirit of lightness. The Olive at the Qutub shall hence came alive on a lovely spring evening to the wiff and aroma of tempting delights from The Altitude Store, vision of promoter Ayesha Grewal, Hosts Ashish and Misha Soni raised a toast to celebrate the good and healthy life as Ayesha Grewal and Chef Saby of The Olive at the Qutub partner to create a special organic meal.
As the evening warmed up to laughter and clink of glasses, guests enjoyed the delectable delights of brown rice waffles with goat cheese; baby potatoes with ginger candy, lime and organic mint, sage and rosemary marinated chicken. From organic durum wheat pasta with green beans and herbs onto organic chick peas and red bean casserole, Jasmine brown and Himalayan red rice risooto with carrots, snow peas and baby radish, onto delicious finger licking organic pancakes (pear butter with cinnamon and pear glaze); cracked pepper cheese cake (plum glaze) and apricot short cake (organic honey and lemon glaze).
