Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur along with Vivek Nair of Leela Group of Hotels hosted friends of the royals dinner at Leela Palace, New Delhi, to announce the exhibition titled "Treasures of Rajasthan", an initiative by Princess Diya Kumari. The highlight of the evening was a fashion show hosted by Raghavendra Rathore, with the likes of Raseel and Naveen Ansal, Vikrum Baidyanath, Pushpanjali Chawla, Tanisha Mohan, Shiv Karan, Arkesh Singh Deo, Dilshad Sheikh, Maharaj Narendra Singh, Lisa Laland Tikka Shatrujit walk the ramp for him.
A proactive effort by Princess Diya Kumari, ‘Treasures of Rajasthan’ is a unique public-private partnership venture between the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum Trust and the Government of Rajasthan. It hopes to garner for Rajasthan, the recognition it so richly deserves! To be held at the Egyptian Embassy, New Delhi on 5th & 6th November, the exposition is a platform to promote Rajasthan, not just as a tourism destination but also as a centre of exquisite art and crafts.
