To mark the commencement of Bridal Asia 2010, Divya Gurwara, CEO of Bridal Asia came together with designer duo Rahul & Gunjan and jewellery designer Payal Gupta to highlight the Indian wedding extravaganza at F Bar & Lounge,
Rahul & Gunjan unveiled their first ever Bridal collection titled Nava Rasa. They have used natural fabrics in colours like herbal green, mud brown, sea blues and ink blues, finishing into burnt tones of red, fuchsia and grey. The use of unconventional repeats of embroidery and sudden contrasts of colour bursts reflects the spontaneity of human mind. The collection comprises of sarees, lehangas and tunics in cocktail flavoring.
Jewellery designer Payal Gupta’s collection Ziya marks the celebration of womanhood in the most royal frame. It depicts a sense of nostalgia for those who understand and appreciate pure luxury in its ornate form. The collection comprises of necklaces, earrings and bracelets in diamonds and polki with precious stones like emerald and rubies and pearl which have been carefully handpicked from around the world.
