In a horde of Spring Summer 2012 fashion campaigns making the rounds these days, Gucci’s newest one comes laden with high dose of golden glamour.

Kohl eyed Karmen Pedaru and Abbey Lee, along with Greg Nawrat feature in the ad taking its inspiration from Helmut Newton and the way he portrays women. The interaction between the two characters, one more feminine and the other androgynous, gives sexiness to the visuals.

The campaign has been shot legendary duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in the backdrop of shiny golden environment and reflections on the walls, all intensified by the slick hair, loud make up and Gucci vestimentary.
