    October 8, 2015

    Review

Designer Tanvi Kedia took its inspiration from her travelling to Morocco and other Islamic countries in Asia for her spring collection.

The collection which was about the urge to travel and the adventures through the journey, displayed a lots prints. The color pallet included neutral bases with bright pop colored accents like pink, blue and yellow. The silhouettes were easy and contemporary and the garments had the feeling of traditional exquisite vintage.

Models sashayed on the ramp wearing alluring jackets, blouses, dresses, tunics and skirts with detailed layering of textures. Highlighting the ensembles were intricate digital prints and multi-hued embroidery. The surprise element in this collection was the beautiful usage of crochet evident in bits throughout the collection.
