Designer duo Shivan and Narresh’s resort wear collection was inspired from the paintings of one of the most prominent Mexican artists of the twentieth century, Diego Rivera.
The designers used neoprene as the primary fabric which was highlighted a lot of colour blocking and motifs of cactus. The outfits came alive with vivacious colors like terracotta, herb green, turquoise and aqua pink.
Models sashayed down the ramp wearing maillot with leather panel, one-shoulder bikini, ruched skirt, day dress, colour-blocked blouse, pencil skirt, neoprene lehenga with Diego motifs, jewelled jumpsuit and blouse with embellished saris. The bikini-lehengas had striking embellishments which was an extension of their accessory line that they wanted to incorporate in their designs.
