Ragini Ahuja Show at AIFW SS’16
    October 13, 2015

    Review

Ragini Ahuja’s spring collection was a mix of urban grit and romantic folk.

She fused leather, denim and handloom fabrics with signature lines and silouettes. She started the show with blush pink then she moved to blue and black. Boyish stripes and her signature appliqué added spark to her designs. Floral motifs dominated the collection.

Models sashayed down the ramp wearing faded denim, oversized jackets, pyjama trousers and blush pink chanderi pieces trimmed with lace. There were oversized loungewear adorned with geometric chintz florals appliqued in denim and suede, bombers and destroyed denim mixed with romantic handkerchief hem kameez and maxi jackets.  Oversized long shirts, trucker jackets, trench and pleated pants with paperback waist in treated denim were mixed with cotton stripes and linen print.
