Narendra Kumar’s exotic “The Monaco Diaries” collection offered the perfect trousseaus for a resort destination wedding.
The silhouettes were classic, clean and sophisticated. The stunning wedding trousseaus were meticulously crafted using fabrics like silk, sheer organza, taffeta, light weight georgette with lots of lace in shades of coral and pastels like lavender, mint, and darker hues like purple, midnight blue and burgundy. The creations were adorned with cutwork, lace, crystals, hand/machine resham/cord work and appliqués.
Models glided the runway in peplum jackets or blouses teamed with pants or skirts, long feminine kurtas with ruffles. Draped evening gowns with long sleeves had embroidered bodices. Florals prints in varying sizes and patterns were the center of attraction.
Men’s wear range featured suits, jacquard jackets and bundgalas in shades of beige, light orange, mint and deeper dark masculine tones. Constructed close to the body, the jackets sported two-button closures teamed with skinny ankle length trousers.
