    Review

As she walked lost in her floral fancies, the Pero woman walked in with flowers delicately arranged in her hair. A few of them walked in with water buckets in their hands, making it seem that the flowers which they nurtured were blossoming on their garments. Aneeth Arora showcased light and airy cotton organdy dresses, shorts with lace, waistcoats with embellished floral embroideries and short dresses. There was also a limited edition of denim with hand embroidery and beadwork on the backside. She moved over her shabby chic style and introduced urban staples with a Parisian flair such as quilted Chanderi tops worn over blue denims and chequered shorts. Crochet detailing, lacework, selvedge detail and floral cutwork were the important elements visible in her collection. With French classic music playing in the background, it seemed as if the Pero woman was walking through the French countryside with wild daises growing all around her. She yearned for these daises to be strewn all over the dresses as well!
