Aneeth Arora Show at AIFW SS’16

    Review

Aneeth Arora’s ‘ Pajama Party’ collection was all about lounge and comfort clothing, which was chic and edgy.

The silhouettes were comfortable, easy and flowy. The fabrics used were hand-woven, stamped and hand-embroidered mulmuls, linens from West Bengal, sheer cottons from chanderi Madhya Pradesh and signature kanni selvedge, which subtly appeared on the hems and edges of the garments.

With soft layers, the ensembles carried an array of details from embroidery to pleats and delicate yet bold trims. Gracing the ramp were comfortable trousers, long dresses, linen jackets, baby doll dresses, hand woven khadi pajamas with stripes.  Hand embroidery on the outfits highlighted the collection.
