The idea of the two brand partners, automotive design, emerged as a source of inspiration for contemporary photographers, designers, graphic designers and illustrators. For this reason, six June artists – the Swede Bo Lundberg, the British illustrator Ruben Ireland and the creative duo Fox & Velvet, the well-known Berlin photographer Michael Ali Belhadi, the Hamburg illustrator Dieter Braun and the designer Anna Albertine Baronius from studio na.hili – to the Parisian car salon to get inspired by Jaguar design, the brand and its history.
“The motifs are super versatile, sometimes more abstract, sometimes more playful. I like the work of Studio na hili and Michael Belhadi especially as murals, while the illustrations of Ruben Ireland and Vox and Velvet look perfect on T-Shirts, “says Anja Kling. Hannah Herzsprung was also thrilled by her visit from Berlin in her old Munich home. The matching music for the opening party came from Amédée Till from the cult duo “Kill the Tills”.
The Jaguar x Junique Art Salon, the entire exhibition of works of art, can be admired until Friday, March 10, 2017, at the Jaguar Land Rover in Munich.
