Renowned names in the music industry have taken legal action against French clothing line, Eleven Paris for not seeking their consent before using their names, lyrics, and photos on their products.

Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams have all filed suit against the retailer in the Southern District of New York and has demanded for a jury trial. The stars allege that these products do damage to their brands, and requests that Eleven Paris stop selling the offending products and pay damages.

The suit also states that the complainants have even sent written warnings to Eleven Paris, but they were still selling ‘dozens of infringing merchandise’ at their New York City store.
