Designer Urvashi Kaur curated an exclusive exhibition titled ‘Flash Flea’ to personify her personal fondness towards spontaneity and reflect her personal lifestyle with a refined and sophisticated touch.

To display exclusive clothing, jewellery designs and exotic home décor, the designer collaborated with exuberant lifestyle brands such as Nappa Dori, Nimai, CVH studio, Anupama Singh and Kainaat.  Each brand displayed unique designs and luxurious contours to give a justifiable insight into Urvashi’s personal aesthetic and her ideology to cope up with today’s social media driven environment.

Established into an elegantly decorated lounge space, the exhibit was willingly attended by high-profile socialites who had great time over cocktails, beers and mouth-watering cuisines.

The 71^st edition of the Venice international Film Festival kicked off on 27^th August to welcome Hollywood’s glitterati in the most mesmerising looks.

Directed by Alberto Barbera, the event began with the screening Alejandro González’s ‘Birdman’, wherein actress Emma Stone was the first person to arrive on the red carpet. Dressed in a stunning black Valentino couture gown, the actress looked beautiful as ever.

Following came in Alessandra Ambrosio in an exotic floral Alberta Ferretti gown and luscious Chopard jewellery. Kirsten Dunst, on the other hand tried to keep it cool by wearing a casual fiery red Miu Miu dress. Emanuela Postacchini contrastingly, came dressed in an elegant golden embroidered gown. She displayed what in the right sense is known as glamour and oomph.

Besides, Bianca Balti, Liya Kebed, Constance Jablonski, Edward Northon, Owen Wilson, Sandra Ng, director Peter Ho-sun Chan and many others were spotted exhibiting exuberance and magnificence during the highly coveted Venice Film Festival.

Replete of exuberant dresses, gowns, a glamorous line of evening wear and kaftaans, the store is the virtual representation of the designer’s extreme passion for prints and textures. Dr. Alka and Atul Nishar played hosts to celeb studded champagne evening for the launch of  their multi designer fashion house Aza’s mega store in Bandra, at 24 Turner Road, on Thursday, 28th August.

Based in the upbeat suburban location, spanning over three expansive floors, the store offers a floor for prêt collections, a couture floor with personal bridal consultations, and a floor dedicated to menswear.

TV personality, presenter and actress known for her keen fashion sense and individualistic aesthetics Roshni launched her own signature fashion label “Roshni Chopra Design” at Pali Village Cafe, Mumbai.

The idea is to use the rich Indian cultural heritage, full of craftsmanship right from weavers to embroideries and embellishments and make the art more accessible. Something that can be dressed up or dressed down” says Roshni speaking about her label.

One of the most awaited award ceremonies, Emmy Awards 2014 concluded recently with the highly popular fashionistas of Hollywood dressed in the most subtle, fashionably classy and glamorous way possible.

To begin with, English actress and singer Michelle Dockery looked stunning in a Rosie Assoulin gown with a sleek halter neck and mild layers. Kerry Washington looked charmingly beautiful in an orange off-shoulder Prada ensemble with a thigh high sensual slit and sparkling short skirt underneath.

Atosa, the eclectic multi designer store held a preview with designers Kallol Datta, Arjun Saluja and Payal Khandwala at their Khar store.

Seen at this celebrity studded preview were Tisca Chopra, Mansi Scott, Poorna Jagannathan, Vikram Raizad, Rashmi Shetty, Gauri Shinde, Nina Manuel, Sona Mahapatra Reshma Merchant and many others, as Aparna Badlani and Azmina Rahimtoola played the warm hosts.
