The Body Shop has launched a new campaign, calling for a global ban on cosmetics animal testing. The Body Shop will take the Forever Against Animal Testing (FAAT) campaign to the United Nations, and request an international convention banning cosmetics testing on animals. Through the campaign, the brand is calling out to people, who care about animal welfare, from across the globe to join the cause and sign the petition.

The Body Shop was the first international beauty brand to campaign against the practice of animal testing in cosmetics in 1989, leading the way to a European Union-wide ban on animal testing in 2013. FAAT campaign is one the most ambitious campaign ever against animal testing by the brand and aims to end the practice of animal testing once and for all.
